Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or reschedulings made within 12 hours of the lesson will be considered as a completed lesson, and no refund will be issued.
- Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to the lesson without prior notice, the teacher may consider the lesson forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
During the lesson:
- Be prepared: Have your learning materials ready, such as textbooks, notebooks, and pens.
- Active participation: Actively engage in the lesson by asking questions, practicing speaking, and participating in activities.
- Respectful communication: Maintain a respectful and polite attitude towards the teacher and any other participants in the lesson.
Other important information:
- Lesson materials: Unless otherwise specified, lesson materials will be provided by the teacher.
- Technical issues: If you experience technical difficulties during the lesson, please inform the teacher immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue or reschedule the lesson if necessary.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
- Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
