どんな人？
私は2つのお仕事をしています！
早朝は翻訳者（日本語⇔英語）、日中は日本語教師として活動中です。言葉を扱う仕事に携わってもう18年以上。翻訳ではニュアンスを正確に汲み取り、自然な表現にするスキルが求められます。その経験が日本語指導にも大いに役立っています！
話す言語
英語
語学留学の経験があり、英語で日本語を教えることも可能です！ちょっと会話力が落ちたのは秘密です…（でも勉強中！）。
中国語
学習歴2年半。「中国ドラマが好き」「中国の歌をカラオケで歌いたい」「友達と話したい」との理由で始めました。現在HSK4級を目指して奮闘中です！

Who am I?
I have two jobs!
In the early mornings, I work as a translator (Japanese⇔English), and in the daytime, I teach Japanese as a language instructor. I’ve been working in language-related fields for over 18 years. Translating requires precise interpretation of nuances and expressing them naturally in another language. This expertise is a huge asset when teaching Japanese!
Languages I Speak
English
I have experience studying abroad and can teach Japanese in English! My conversational skills have slipped a bit (shh, don’t tell anyone…), but I’m working on improving them!
Chinese
I’ve been learning Chinese for two and a half years. My motivation? “I love Chinese dramas,” “I want to sing Chinese songs at karaoke,” and “I want to chat with my Chinese friends in their language!” I’m currently studying with a teacher to pass the HSK Level 4 exam.
What lessons am I good at?
For Advanced Learners
To all advanced Japanese learners: I deeply respect the hard work you’ve put in so far! Still, do you struggle with things like particles, keigo (honorific language), or the influence of your native language? Let me help you break through the “plateau” and take your Japanese to the next level.
For Intermediate Learners

The beginner stage is the most exciting part of language learning, full of discoveries. But it can also come with hurdles—staying motivated is key. I’ll create lessons suited to your goals, whether it’s mastering basics for travel or building a solid foundation to aim for advanced fluency.
For Non-Native Japanese Teachers
To non-native teachers of Japanese: I’m here to help with those tricky moments when you think, “Explaining this nuance is so hard!” Whether it’s the subtle differences in expression or choosing the right phrasing, I’ll work with you to find solutions.
Hobbies
I love movies and dramas!

- Chinese Dramas: Nirvana in Fire (琅琊榜)
I’m also a huge fan of manga like Kingdom and The Fable, which I can read over and over again.
Watching game streams, especially Dead by Daylight, is another passion—I could spend hours on them if time allows!
